With her strong organizational and keen people skills, Maridi Muon is the key project and organizational manager for Beyond Design. Maridi‘s mother was the pioneer General Manager of Beyond Design from 2008. This early exposure to a variety of aspects of the company’s operations sparked Maridi’s interest in the business early on.

Maridi started with Beyond Design with Sales in 2013, and then moved up to lead the Procurement team. Deciding to hone her skills, Maridi earned her degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management, from Phnom Penh International University.

A Phnom Penh native, an architect by profession and a leader within the Beyond Design team. Rady is one of the pioneers of the company, joining the team in 2011. He has over 10 years of experience handling mainly commercial, retail and F&B as well as residential projects.

His project management expertise combined with his superior technical skills in construction and furniture design, space planning and an eye for detailing, give Beyond Design a competitive edge with every project.

Daisy Flores possesses strong sales & marketing skills along with professional creative talents fitting of a Beyond Design company ambassador.

In her recent professional experience, she was under the tutelage of world-renowned furniture designer Kenneth Cobonpue, originally as a pioneer member of the Design team & then shifted to heading his Sales & Marketing department. A licensed Real Estate Broker, she has worked for prestigious real estate developers and international real estate firms in the Philippines and Thailand. Daisy is fascinated by creative world, she was born into it. Her father was an architect and designer. She followed in his artistic footsteps, and she holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts with a major in Interior Design.

Srun Sin is the Production Supervisor for the Beyond Design furniture factory. He is responsible for checking every step of the manufacturing process all the way to the final finished product, meeting Beyond Design’s standards and clients needs.

Originally from Prey Veng province, he has been with Beyond Design since 2010. He is an epitome of a consistent, diligent and hardworking team member and draws these qualities out in his team. He started his career with Beyond Design as an Administrator in 2013, and moved up to Quality Control manager, now Production Manager. His eagle eye ensures each piece of furniture is perfect prior to delivery.

Reaksmey Muon began his career with Beyond Design in 2014 as part of the Logistics and Installations team, and went on to take on the role of Site Assistant. Currently the Site Supervisor who is now managing the Logistics department. He works with the Sales Team to ensure delivery timelines are achievable and also with the Production team to ensure the Quality Control team are on top of every small issue. He works closely with the Project Manager to ensure challenges are dealt with, and pitfalls avoided.

He ensures the timely delivery of Beyond Design products in the highest quality and service. Prior to joining Beyond Design he studied Creative Multimedia and Web Design at the Norton University in Phnom Penh. He loves photography and takes many of Beyond Designs team photos.
